ESTA Mobile Dust Extractors - Wet Separator NA-1.1NA series mobile wet separators are ideal for extracting sticky materials and for work processes that give off a lot of sparks. They come in three versions: as a dust extractor connected to processing machines with intake diameters to 100 mm (NA-1.1), as a cleaning vacuum for a 50 mm hose diameter (NA-2.2) or as a pre-separator for connection to an existing extraction system (NA-500). All three versions are available ATEX equipped for extracting flammable, explosive and dry dusts in Zone 22. The devices comply with guidelines 94/9/EC ATEX, BGR 109 (aluminium) and BG 036 for chemicals. Thanks to their compact design and low space requirements, NA mobile wet separators can do a lot of jobs that could previously only be accomplished by much larger stationary wet separators. These mobile devices are equipped with ESTA?s typical tiltable top, which allows easy access inside the device. Additional equipment, such as automatic water level monitoring or a solenoid valve for automatic water feed, make the devices easier to operate.
