Industrial vacuum cleaner for sandblasting
The suction units in the SAND range have been developed to meet the specific requirements of customers.
iVision has developed centralised suction systems with a continuous emptying system that has a rotary valve that works continuously and empties the material directly into the containers inside the box (a big bag, a container or your sandblaster).
The system is made of heavy metal that has been specially developed and tested for intensive and special applications.
With this special system, you can place your sandblaster below the rotary valve for direct discharge.

For the dedusting of the sand and the discharge of the heavy part into a big bag/container/sand blaster
a cyclonic pre-separation system is provided. An additional sieve for separating the sand prevents,
particles from getting into the sandblaster.
The separate cleaning system of the 4 independent cartridge filters allows your operations maximum efficiency at all times.
The iVision touch screen system allows full control of the system and its performance in a simple and intuitive way.
Please note the following questions for the selection of the correct device:
1. Is the extractor to be connected to a machine tool?
2. Machine manufacturer/model?
3. How many suction nozzles does the machine have?
4. Diameter of the suction nozzles?
5. How far will the aspirator be from the machine?
6. Material to be absorbed? (metal+PVC = extrusion; glass fibre=PCB; etc.)
7. Quantity per day or required container capacity? (38/100/160/160+ Liter etc.)
