This test allows the quick and easy determination of silver in solutions. The easy Dip & Read procedure provides reliable results in less than 15 seconds. There is absolutely no training required.

Silver is a universally known and important metal, which is used in many applications. For example, silver plays an important role in the final stages of photo and film development, the so called fixing process. Here, excess silver halides are washed from the photographic layer. To ensure a well functioning fixing bath, its silver content needs to be monitored regularly.
