ElectroHEAT Standard heating hood series SH

The ElectroHEAT E & E heaters of the series SH are handmade. They have a crocheted inner and outer mantle made of glass fibers and are used to heat liquids in round bottom flasks.
The heat conductor is made of a NiCr alloy 8020. It is wrapped by a glass fiber tube and is crocheted with a yarn of glass fibers in the inner jacket of the heating hood. Thus, the heat is evenly distributed to the glass flask. The glass fiber tube and the glass yarn also serve as insulation. To ensure that no or only a little heat can reach the outer jacket, the heating hood is insulated inside with glass wool.

• The heating hoods are built in sizes from 25 ML to 20 L.
• The sizes from 25 ML to 250 ML have a closed outer jacket.
• The sizes from 500 ML have a bottom hole with a diameter of 60 mm.
• The sizes from 25 ML to 100 ML are provided with one heating zone and an on / off switch.
• The sizes from 250 ML have 2 heating zones and a heating zone switch.
• The sizes 25 ML to 100 ML are delivered as standard with 4 splints and the sizes from 250 ML with 4 fastening hooks, so that the heating hoods can be mounted on a tripod.
• The nominal voltage is 230 V.
• The heating conductor temperature can reach a maximum of 450 ° C.
• The heating hoods are delivered with a safety plug with 1.50 meter cable length.
• The heating hoods have protection class I, degree of protection IP00.
• All models come as standard with a personal protection adapter.
