asecos Laminar Flow Box FBS-Series
The laminar flow products from asecos enable you to easily establish a cleanroom workplace with particle reduced air in a normaly ventilated area. Perfect for all areas where a particle free environment is required during processing, preparation or storage.
The Laminar Flow Box Technology
The EC fan of the asecos Laminar Flow Box FBS sucks in the ambient air and extrudes it through high performance filters. This generates a laminar flow (air flows in parallel ways without any whirls) which captures the particles inside of the Laminar Flow Box and guides them through a perforated metal plate to the outside. Inside the Laminar Flow Box is now a cleanroom, type class 5 in accordance with EN ISO 14644-1.
The Filters
The asecos Laminar Flow Box FBS uses a filter type H14 with laminatisator. This filter has a filtration efficiency of 99.995 %. By the use of this filter the Laminar Flow Box provides an isolation factor of 104. Air quality inside the box is improved by 10.000 times.
