ENVAIR Safety cabinet eco safe Robot
ENVAIR eco safe Robot is a customized microbiological safety cabinet conceived to house automatic laboratory robots.The unit delivers clean air rated in class ISO 3 according to ISO EN 14644-1. The unit works in negative pressure with an inflow barrier set at 0.50 m/s, delivering protection for the operator.
Part of the air is exhausted through the exhaust HEPA filter to guarantee environment protection as well.
Such units can be variously tailored to meet application requirements and fit with different automatic robot machines but the cabinet is still. in compliance to EN 12469:2000.
Main Features
- Body structure and internal back wall made in epoxy painted steel
- Reinforced Work surface made in AISI 304L stainless steel
- Filtration stage consisting of down-flow and exhaust H14 HEPA according to CEN EN 1822
- Ventilation provided by electro-centrifugal fan
- Frontal and side screens made in polycarbonate
- Frontal screen fitted with hinges to keep it in open position and increase the working aperture up to 600 mm
- Electrical outlets IP 55 protection
- Rapid DEHS test port for filter integrity test
- Fluorescent lights positioned out of the working volume
- Microprocessor based control with alarms for the main unit parameters
