BioProTTTM FlowTrack, FlowTrack plus and FlowTrack DINrail

BioProTTTM is em-tec's precise non-invasive solution for reliable and economical liquid flow measurement for improved bioprocess management. We measure an actual volume flow rate in real time, allowing you to adjust pump speed to deliver accurate fluid volumes and thereby mitigating the risk imposed by poor pump performance.

Clamp On and Get Started Installation
BioProTTTM Clamp-On Transducers attach easily to the outside of flexible tubing eliminating the need for splicing the lines or interrupting the process. They do not make contact with the fluid, induce shear stress on cells, or cause a pressure drop in the system. Transducers are just as easily removed at the end of the process, with minimal cleaning and disinfection required. They do not require recalibration prior to each use. Whether you use single-use components or reusable systems, our economical flow measurement system can be used for years without the operating costs associated with disposables.

Innovative design coupled with integrated electronics enable a truly compact, space saving footprint. Three standard flow meter models are available: The BioProTTTM FlowTrack plus includes an LCD display with features such as totalization, user adjustable calibration factor and multiple calibration tables for transducers, which can be managed at the device. The blind BioProTTTM FlowTrack is ideal for those who prefer to view all associated process parameters on their bioprocess management system. For those desiring to integrate the system into standard industry enclosures we offer a DIN rail mounted option with the same fit and function of the BioProTTTM FlowTrack.

All models are enabled with analog current (4-20mA) output for flow and received signal strength (RSS), and RS232 digital output for seamless integration into any process control system.
