Compact and powerful: The Vacu-Box VX4 is the most powerful double-head diaphragm pump we have ever developed.
It generates a powerful vacuum for pumping vapours and gases of all kinds.
Powerful
The Vacu-Box VX4 has a high pumping speed of 5m3/h and a good ultimate vacuum of 5 mbar. It is suitable as a stand-alone for large rotary evaporators or also for 5-6 workstations with laboratory rotary or large rotary evaporators.
Lightweight
With its 8.8 kg, the Vacu-Box VX4 is the lightest vacuum pump of its kind. Its compact design makes it very handy and it can be used quickly and almost anywhere.
The dynamic balancing, the dirt separator and the intensive cooler make the pump particularly smooth-running.
Durable
Thanks to high-quality materials, the attractive Vacu-Box VX4 is particularly durable - even in continuous operation and with aggressive media such as acids, alkalis, organic and inorganic solvents.

RS232 interface, reboot and parallel/serial operation
The clever vacuum pump for versatile use
The Vacu-Box VX4 is equipped with an RS232 interface. In this way, measured values can be recorded via laboratory software and process sequences can be programmed and controlled.
The pump can be operated intuitively via a 3.3-inch touch display.
In addition, the Vacu-Box VX4 starts automatically after a power failure if the AUTO REBOOT function is set by the customer. This allows the interrupted vacuum process to be continued immediately.
In the factory, this pump automatically switches from parallel to serial operation. This allows both a high pumping speed of 5m3/h and a good ultimate vacuum of 5 mbar.
Optionally, parallel or serial operation (for smaller volumes) can be set as a fixed setting in control mode.
The Vacu-Box VX4 is also suitable as a backing pump for molecular pumps and can also be used with the VX Control laboratory software.
