Flake ice
With less than 2 % residual water content, this ice is very dry and the coldest of all ice forms.
It consists of irregular ice fragments with a variable thickness between 1 and 2 mm. Ideal for industrial applications, fish and seafood platters, transport of perishable goods and optimising dough temperatures.
Versatile, in all shapes, melts very slowly and keeps food fresh to the maximum.
