TS-100C Smart thermoshaker offers intensive mixing and temperature control for samples in microtubes or PCR plates. With the new model you can control the instrument in the following modes:
- 1. manual via the user interface.
- 2. via a computer program with Bluetooth connection
The TS-100C Smart features meet the highest user expectations in terms of many parameters:
- Fast achievement of the specific mixing speed and maintenance of the same rotation amplitude in the whole thermoshaker block;
- 2. maintaining a stable preset temperature within a wide range over the entire surface of the thermoshaker block;
- 3. LCD display shows the preset and actual operating temperature, speed and time values
- 4. quiet motor operation, compact size, extended life.
Heating and mixing can be carried out simultaneously or independently.
Five heating and cooling blocks are available, including one block with plastic flap for the PCR plates. All blocks are interchangeable and can be easily installed on the thermoshaker.
Fields of application of the instrument:
- Genetic analysis - for extraction of DNA, RNA and other sample preparation methods;
- Biochemical studies of enzymatic reactions and processes;
- Extraction of metabolites from cell material.
Temperature Calibration
Function The temperature calibration function allows the user to calibrate the instrument to ±6% of the selected temperature to compensate for differences in thermal performance of tubes from different manufacturers.
