Energy-efficient recirculating process chillers from -10 to 35 °C
The new generation of the Ultracool line has been developed with a focus on energy efficiency.
They therefore make a key contribution to reducing operating costs.
Depending on the operating conditions, the newly developed appliances enable energy costs to be reduced by up to 50 per cent, with payback periods of less than a year.

With the new operating concept, the recirculating chillers can be conveniently monitored and controlled remotely - via a connected remote control or the integrated web server.
This allows convenient control via mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones.
Relevant data can optionally be saved in the LAUDA Cloud via an internet connection.

The new generation offers significantly improved performance: The increased temperature stability of ±0.5 K improves the process reliability of the cooled system and the extended temperature range of -10 to 35 °C covers a wide range of applications.
The Ultracool devices work reliably and safely even under adverse conditions and at ambient temperatures as low as -15 °C.

Working range
LAUDA Ultracool circulation coolers provide precise temperature control in an extended operating temperature range of -10 to 35 °C and a temperature stability of ±0.5 K.
The IP 54 degree of protection enables outdoor installation, while a standard fan controller allows operation at ambient temperatures down to -15 °C and reduces noise pollution.
LAUDA has been able to reduce the footprint even further compared to the comparable previous models. The recirculating chillers are equipped with an Ethernet interface as standard and can be adapted to any customer-specific requirement thanks to numerous options such as speed-controlled pumps or flow meters.
