disinfection cabinet is used for the disinfection of knives and hygienic tools.
The MES10 efficiently disinfects knife and tool surfaces by effectively inactivating germs, viruses, yeasts and mould spores.
Function: After pre-cleaning, the knives are placed in the compact disinfection cabinet, the disinfection time is set by a timer and the UV-C disinfection process is started.
Equipment: high-quality stainless steel design; timer for setting the UV-C disinfection time.
Installation/maintenance: ready to plug in - cable length 3 m; lamp can be changed by the user.
