Nabertherm Chamber Furnace with Stone Insulation LH 15/12 - LH 216/14
These laboratory furnaces have proven themselves for many years as professional chamber furnaces for the laboratory. The furnaces are available either with a robust insulation of lightweight refractory bricks (LH models) or with a combined insulation of lightweight refractory bricks in the corners and low-storage, fast-cooling fibre material (LF models). With a wide range of additional equipment, these models can be optimally designed for the required process.
- Tmax 1200 °C, 1300 °C or 1400 °C
- Double-walled enclosure construction with rear ventilation, thus low outer wall temperature
- Five-sided heating for very good temperature uniformity
- Heating elements on support tubes ensure free heat radiation and a long service life
- Controller suspended in the oven door and removable for convenient operation
- Protection of the bottom heating and level stacking support by recessed SiC plate in the bottom
- LH models: multi-layer, fibre-free insulation made of lightweight refractory bricks and special back insulation
- LF models: High-quality non-classified fibre insulation with masonry corner bricks for shortened cooling times and heat-up times
- Door with brick-on-brick seal, ground in by hand
- Short heating times due to high electrical connection values
- Self-supporting ceiling vault for high stability and maximum protection against dust infestation
- Quick-action door lock
- Motor-driven exhaust air flap
- Infinitely variable air supply slider in the floor of the oven
- Underframe included
- NTLog Basic for Nabertherm controller: recording of process data with USB stick
