Vacuum Controller - applications
Vacuum controls are primarily used in labs and commercial establishments. For unique vacuum equipment devices, our laboratory vacuum controls are used in chemistry labs, biotechnology, medicine, production and assembly. The vacuum controller makes it possible to manage, quantify and track vacuum processes in the laboratory. Due to this, the Vacuum, monitoring and control devices must follow strong requirements in terms of chemical, reliability accurate measurement and user-friendliness.
Many laboratory applications require a controlled vacuum. Possible uses of the proposed MLT vacuum controllers are therefore the monitoring of vacuum diaphragm pumps, vacuum and cooling water doors, vacuum evaporation, filtering, expulsion and concentration, in exsiccators as well as in rotary evaporators or by distillation of solvents.
Vacuum Controller - functions
Vacuum controllers for the laboratory are responsible for a number of duties in the laboratory, have a wide range of different roles and are mainly used for the management, calculation and control of vacuum processes. As a vacuum regulator, the lab vacuum controller can greatly prolong the service life of unregulated vacuum diaphragm pumps as the pump still turns off when no vacuum is needed to avoid the pump device from working continuously. The overall suction power of the unregulated pump can be adjusted in various ways by means of a vacuum controller: either by cyclical turning on and off the engine, by cyclic opening and closing of the suction line valve or by continuous adaptation of the pump rpm. Lab Vacuum controls have an automated nominal value detection and correction feature.
Vacuum measurement devices measure the difference between atmospheric pressure and various pressure ranges: (1 mbar) low vacuum, 10-3 mbar (fine vacuum), 10-7 mbar (high vacuum) or 10-7 mbar (ultra-high vacuum). Many vacuum controllers are fitted with a ceramic chemical-resistant, high-precision pressure sensor. Pressure recorders constructed of aluminum oxide ceramics provide very strong corrosion resistance and high long-term reliability. The measuring indicator depends on the type of gas which varies from the calibration in the air and depending on the specific conductivity of the gas. Cooling water and steam levels can be measured with the calculating sensors. Like almost all current laboratory equipment, our vacuum controllers have interfaces that can also be used to log measurements on a Computer.
Vacuum Controller - accessories
Our compact vacuum controllers are distinguished by their ease of use, chemical tolerance, precise calculation and long-term reliability, and the capacity to swap or connect a whole set of components. Depending on the type of vacuum controller, you can order various replacement parts and vacuum controller attachments from us, such as steam sensors, cooling water sensors, leakage valves, magnetic valve, measurement sensor adapters, cooling water valves or add-on control devices and many other vacuum controller components that we provide.
