Laboratory Pumps - areas of application
Lab pumps are important research devices for a variety of different laboratory applications. The laboratory pumps, pump systems and compressors that we sell are therefore used in the chemical industry, biotechnology, dentistry and medicine, labs, research, dispensing, measuring and environmental science, as well as in university research, the pharmaceutical or food industry. Laboratory pumps are primarily used for accurately controlling, measuring, tracking, conveying, evacuating and dispensing neutral to highly aggressive gases, vapors, fluids or chemicals. Due to their low cost, working quietness and long service life, efficient laboratory vacuum pumps in our laboratory equipment shop are popular solutions for many specific laboratory applications.
Lab Vacuum Membrane Diaphragm Pumps - manufacturers
Our online shop includes only high-quality laboratory pumps from renowned manufacturers that guarantee safe and efficient pumping in your laboratory. The major leading makers of laboratory pumps are KNF, Heidolph, Hirschmann, Bürkle, Flux or Ismatec. We also sell pumps from other recognized pump manufacturers such as Grant, Dürr, MLT, Witeg, Macherey Nagel or Ingenieurbüro CAT M. Zipperer, whose laboratory pumps have been tested in operation for many years. In addition to numerous different laboratory pumps, our pump collection also comprises chosen EKOM-AIR or DÜRR compressors.
Lab Pumps - types
The types of devices for transporting incompressible fluids are generally referred to as pumps and are subdivided into two or three main categories based on their mode of operation. Self-priming displacement pumps transmit the medium to the confined quantities. Back-flow is stopped by pipes, other mechanisms or by friction. Dynamic pumps, often referred to as rotary engines, are not self-priming. In the case of these pumps the discharge is only induced by fluid-mechanical processes. The medium flows freely, without any valves through the device. The jet pumps move the substance through a stream of gas, steam or water. Depending on the type of substance, the pump must be constructed of a material that is appropriate for this, and that is robust to the medium to be filled. Unique workplace safety and health laws, i.e. in regards to fire prevention, must also be followed in many laboratories. At present, we offer the following types of pumps with specific maximum outputs for laboratory applications:
Laboratory Pumps & Compressors - accessories
Our efficient pumps and compressors for laboratory applications are distinguished by their particularly low maintenance and simplicity of use, operating quietness and service life, as well as the likelihood of modifying or removing a wide variety of components.
Based on the laboratory pump type, you can purchase different components and pump attachments online at competitive prices-such as diverse vacuum controllers, steam probes, valve, measuring sensors, sediment separators, collection baths and containers, transport, storage & disposal containers was well as many other components and accessories for the vacuum and laboratory pumps we offer for sale.
