The measuring range of this instrument is battery acid 1,000 to 1,500 SG, ethylene glycol -50~0 °C (antifreeze), propylene glycol -50~0 °C, detergent -40~0 °C and ensures extremely precise results.With a measuring speed of approx. 1 second, you will receive the results in the shortest possible time.The resolution values of the device are as follows: Battery acid 0.001 SG, ethylene glycol 0.1 °C (antifreeze), propylene glycol 0.1 °C, detergent 0.1 °C.
In addition, the DRC 1 has an automatic switch-off which comes into effect after 1 minute of measurement pause.The materials of the instrument are particularly robust. The sample well consists of an easy-to-clean stainless steel ring with a glass prism. When working with liquid samples, the model holds a volume of 4 to 5 drops.
