The measuring range of this instrument includes temperature 0 to 40 °C, chlorine content 0 to 57‰, refractive index 1.333-1.353 nD, salt content 0 to 100 ‰, specific gravity 1.000 to 1.070 and enables you to obtain extremely detailed analysis results.With the measuring speed of approx. 1 second, you get the results in the shortest possible time-.The resolution values are: Temperature 0.1 °C, refractive index 0.0001 nD, specific gravity 0.001, chlorine content 1 ‰, salinity 0.1 ‰.
In addition, the instrument has an automatic switch-off, which is activated after 1 minute of measuring pause.The materials of the instrument are also extremely resistant. The housing is made of ABS and the sample well consists of a high-quality stainless steel ring with a glass prism. When working with liquid samples, the instrument holds a volume of 4 to 5 drops.
