ESTA Stationary Dust Extractors - Wet Separator NA-K 6000

NA-K series wet separators are designed for applications that produce a lot of flying sparks. They are also used for moist or sticky dusts, especially during grinding operations. Air and water swirl inside the device to extinguish sparks, and ambient air is cleaned of moist, sticky particles. The water-borne dust sinks as slurry into the collection container and can be flushed out through a drain spigot.

NA-K series devices can be used for both localized and central extraction with collection pipes and multiple extraction points. They are distinctive for their very high filtration efficiency.

Moreover, the stainless-steel NA-K VA and NA-K B wet separators have prototype test certification (BGR 109). This eliminates the need for costly on-site testing by TÜV or the Accident Prevention & Insurance Association that used to be required for all wet separators used for extracting aluminium dusts. Additionally, the devices are equipped with a forced-air ventilation system.
