ESTA Welding Fume Filter - MOBEX F-60

MOBEX F series stationary welding fume filters are designed for effective separation of welding fumes. The devices are mainly used in the metal industry for individual and multi-user workstation extraction. For individual welding stations, there is a direct connection option using a hose. A pipe system for a maximum of four extraction points turns the newly designed devices into a central extraction system for machines or manual workstations. The MOBEX F series is based on a new housing concept with a patent-pending fold system. Its stable plastic sandwich panels make for low-noise operation.

This family of devices also includes the MOBEX P series of stationary compact dust extractors for capturing free-flowing dusts and chips.
Two Performance Levels and Fully Automatic Filter Cleaning

The MOBEX F series is available in two different performance levels: Besides the version with a 3 kW motor and two filter cartridges, there is also a version with a 4 kW motor and three filter units for larger volumes of air. The devices are equipped with ESTA's tried-and-tested pulse-jet system, which automatically cleans the filters with compressed air shots during operation. The separated dusts fall into the dust collection drawer. Coarser particles are captured by an impact separator at the raw gas inlet as soon as they enter the device's housing and are also separated downward. This design not only optimizes airflow, but also prolongs the life of the filter.

An innovative concept is employed for low-dust disposal of the collected material. This means that separated particles and dusts can be removed easily through a retractable drawer that is equipped with two lockable 45-litre cardboard boxes for collection and disposal of waste.

Optionally, MOBEX F series welding fume filters are available with the IFA W3 test symbol for extracting welding fumes from high-alloy steels.
