ESTA Welding Fume Filter - WELDEX FT-150
The WELDEX FT filter tower series is specially designed for effective welding fume extraction in production facilities. These devices are mainly intended for extracting contaminant-laden air when welding large or complex metal parts for which smoke capture is not practical. The fine particles are separated by dust class M filter cartridges, while the filters are cleaned automatically during operation by pulsing compressed air (pulse-jet cleaning). The WELDEX FT-230 is also available in a W3-tested version for use when welding high-alloy steels.
The WELDEX FT filter tower is set up at the centre of the work area. Smoke-laden ambient air is suctioned at the top of the device from the overall surroundings, cleaned and routed draft-free back into the hall from two openings on the side. The three-part collection drawer takes in the separated contaminants from the pre-separator and filter chambers. WELDEX FT series welding fume filter systems are delivered pre-assembled, completely eliminating expensive installation work and assembly of pipelines.

The WELDEX FT series is optionally available with the IFA W3 test symbol for extracting welding fumes from high-alloy steels (WELDEX FT-230).
