Perfect environmental simulation for climatic and temperature testing The CTC
climatic test chamber and the TTC temperature test chamber have a rated output of 7000 watts and are immensely powerful due to the optimally matched heating and cooling technology. In addition, the engineers at Memmert have designed them for the greatest possible noise reduction and energy efficiency. With an interior volume of 256 litres, they offer a lot of space for climatic testing, but due to their compact design, they require little floor space and can be easily moved through any standard laboratory door on castors.

Refrigerant R449A significantly more climate-friendly than R404A Due to its high global warming potential, the
refrigerant R404A is only permitted without restriction until 31 December 2019. In order to ensure that both the climatic test chamber CTC and the temperature test chamber TTC can be operated beyond this date, Memmert has reacted early by switching to the refrigerant R449A from April 2018. Existing appliances can also be converted to the new refrigerant using the ''drop-in'' or ''retrofit'' method, depending on the application.
