The laboratory dryer TG 200 is universally applicable in quality control, sample preparation or research and development. The drying device enables the gentle drying of bulk materials from the organic, inorganic, chemical or pharmaceutical sectors without selective overheating. It does not matter whether the material is coarse, fine, crystalline, fibrous or flaky.
The powerful fan of the laboratory dryer ensures an optimal air flow. This loosens up the products to be dried and mixes them well, resulting in short drying times . In intermittent operation, the fluidised bed is even better mixed. Temperature, drying time and fan can be set digitally and are infinitely variable.

Waste samples, soils, cellulose, wood chips, coal, coke, compost, plastic granulates, leather, secondary fuels, sawdust, pharmaceutical products.

Operating principle
Drying in the flash dryer is carried out according to the fluidised bed method, similar to industrial dryers. Room air is drawn in through a filter. A fan guides the air along the heating coils and then blows it through the perforated inflow base into the removable drying container. The solid particles are stirred up and thus separated from each other. This avoids caking or sticking, as occurs with other drying processes.
The hot air stream extracts the moisture from the particles and escapes through the filter bag in the lid.
For goods with a particle size of less than 100 μm, the clamping lid with filter fleece is recommended. The 1000 W blower generates an empty tube volume flow of 185^m3/h, the heating power is 2000 watts.
Air volume, heating power and temperature are infinitely adjustable.
