Nabertherm Ashing Furnace with Integrated Exhaust Gas Cleaning, with Hinged Door

The ashing furnace L ../11 BO is specially designed for processes in which larger sample quantities have to be ashed.
Applications include the ashing of foodstuffs, the thermal cleaning of injection moulds or the determination of loss on ignition.
Another application is the debinding of ceramic products, e.g. after additive manufacturing.
The ashing furnaces have a passive safety system and integrated exhaust gas aftertreatment.
Flue gases are extracted from the furnace by an exhaust gas fan and at the same time fresh air is supplied to the furnace atmosphere so that sufficient oxygen is always available for the ashing process.
The incoming air is led past the furnace heater and preheated in the process, ensuring good temperature uniformity.
Any waste gases produced are led out of the furnace chamber into the integrated afterburner, where they are post-combusted and catalytically cleaned.
Directly after the ashing process (up to max. 600 °C), a subsequent process up to max. 1100 °C can take place.
