High-Temperature Furnaces as Floor-Standing Models

Due to their solid construction in a compact floor-standing model, these high-temperature furnaces are suitable for processes in the laboratory where the highest precision is required. Outstanding temperature uniformity and sensible details set unsurpassable quality standards. For the design for your process, the furnaces can be extended from our extensive range of extras.

  • Tmax 1600 °C, 1750 °C or 1800 °C
  • Recommended working temperature for models HT ../18 1750 °C; increased wear must be expected at higher working temperatures
  • Double-walled housing construction with fan cooling, thus low outer wall temperature
  • Heating from both sides via molybdenum disilicide heating elements
  • High-quality fibre insulation with special back insulation
  • Side insulation, constructed from tongue and groove blocks, ensures low heat loss to the outside
  • Durable ceiling insulation with special suspension
  • Parallel swing door with chain guide for defined opening and closing of the door
  • Double door design (front/rear) for high-temperature ovens > HT 276/..
  • Labyrinth seal ensures lowest possible temperature losses in the door area
  • Base reinforcement with level stacking support to protect the fibre insulation and to accommodate heavy superstructures as standard from HT 16/16 onwards
  • Exhaust air opening in the furnace ceiling
