One device for all cases
The handy pocket-sized thermometer allows you to alternately measure the core temperature as well as the surface temperature of food. It therefore combines the functionalities of a penetration thermometer and an infrared thermometer.
The thermometers are based on a concept that has been very successful over many years for checking the temperature in warehouses, cold rooms, refrigerated cabinets and during incoming goods inspection.
The non-contact measurement with infrared actively prevents contamination of the goods. The integrated dual laser, which can be switched off, displays the measurement spot.
You can clean the waterproof hand-held device quickly and easily in case of contamination.

Fast, easy and precise measurement
When you are out on your daily check or when receiving goods, simply take the thermometer to hand. The infrared measurement starts immediately at the touch of a button.
If you want to measure the core temperature of a food product, simply fold out the thermometer's insertion probe. The illuminated display allows you to read the temperature even in poor lighting conditions.
The display shows a clear temperature indication with larger numbers. The rotating display makes it easier for you to read the measured value.
The infrared thermometer can be ''upside down'': depending on how you hold the device, you can read the measurement results from one side or the other. This is especially convenient when using the insertion sensor - you no longer have to contort when reading. You can deactivate this option if necessary.
