EVIDENT CKX53 cell culture microscope
Manually adjustable inverted microscope stand for transmitted light and fluorescence microscopy, with UIS2 optics and field of view 22.
Integrated 45° viewing with camera tube with two fixed 10x eyepieces, fixed 4x nosepiece and stage (200 mm x 252 mm), removable and rotatable condenser with large working distance (NA 0.3, working distance 72 mm, manual aperture diaphragm), maximum working distance 194 mm (without condenser).
Coaxial coarse and fine focussing, maximum focus travel 20 mm, fine focussing 0.3 mm/rotation.
Transmitted light illumination column with built-in LED light housing (20,000 hours service life). Light intensity adjustment is easily accessible on the left front side.
Blue LED light indicator for microscope operation is installed on the front.
The system is compatible with CKX3-SLP and IX2-SL condenser sliders, CKX3-SLPIC, CKX3-SLPAS, IX2-SLPC, IX2-SLPH1, IX2-SLPH2 optical elements, CKX3-MVR mechanical object guide and CKX3-HVR mechanical object guide.CKX3-HOUN, CKX3 HO35DM holder, CKX3-RFA reflected light fluorescence illuminator and various mercury, metal halide or LED light sources.
UYCP power cable is required.
Clear acrylic table insert, Allen key, wide range power supply, 2 clamps for camera cable, 2 locking screws and manual are included
