The jaw crusher BB 600 has been specially developed to accept large feed sizes up to 350x170 mm. The gap width can be continuously adjusted from 6 to 60 mm. Depending on the sample material, final finenesses of up to 6 mm can be achieved in one working step, which means a crushing ratio of 25.
A maximum throughput of 3500 kg/h can be achieved with the BB 600.

RETSCH jaw crushers are available in 8 sizes.
Throughput capacity and final fineness depend on the type of machine, the set gap width and the crushing properties of the feed material.

Robust design, easy operation and cleaning are features of RETSCH jaw crushers.
Small sample quantities can be processed in batches, for larger quantities the crushers can be used continuously.

Superiority in detail
The BB 600 achieves a sample throughput of up to 3500 kg/h. For batchwise crushing, the jaw crusher is equipped with a 30 l collecting vessel. Thanks to the possibility of connecting a dust extraction system, dust generation during the crushing process can be minimised.
Other performance features such as overload protection and a splashback-proof hopper make working with the BB 600 pleasant and safe.
The crushing jaws of the BB 600 have a size of 400 x 600 mm and are available in the following materials:

• Manganese steel
• Steel for crushing without heavy metals
• NiHard4 steel
