Rotary sample dividers provide representative sub-samples and thus ensure the reproducibility of the analysis.

The PT 300 rotary sample divider is specially designed for the representative, dust-free division and reduction of larger quantities of powders, granulates and dispersed bulk samples.
By selecting the divider segments, the dividing ratio and thus the sample quantity can be adjusted.

Operating principle
In the PT 300 rotary sample divider, the sample is discharged with a controlled and continuous flow via the vibratory feed chute above the rotating and circularly mounted dividing containers. Depending on the module, a partial sample can be taken or a division into several segments can take place. The unit divides samples representatively and reproducibly and works according to internationally recognised sampling standards.

Two module variants in one unit enable both discontinuous operation and continuous sampling with a discard container. Different total sampling volumes are made possible by simply exchanging the sampling containers; no additional device is required for this.

Since divider segments of different sizes (in a sampling carousel) are available, the volumes for individual sampling can also be varied.
