LABEX models are specially designed for the storage of explosive substances at maximum temperature constancy. The inspection of the interior for freedom from ignition sources is carried out by TÜV SÜD in accordance with the ATEX 2014/34/EU directive:

• All electrical devices and components used in the interior (fans, temperature sensors etc.) are specially designed for use in zone 2.
• We guarantee maximum temperature constancy even in the explosion-proof interior.
• Intrinsically safe supply of the temperature sensors in the interior

The ESSENTIAL FROSTER LABEX 71 in detail

• Outer housing made of galvanized sheet steel (rust protected), with white, scratch-resistant powder coating. Length of the plug cable approx. 2.8 m.
• Interior made of impact-resistant, white plastic with moulded supports.
• Interior consisting of four plastic-coated grids.
• Insulation energy-saving with 55 mm extra thick, made of high-quality, pressure-foamed and environmentally friendly material.
• Door lockable with easily replaceable plastic magnetic sealing frame.
• Door hinge changeable (also retrofitting), standard with right-hand hinge.
• Manual defrosting.
• Temperature control infinitely variable via mechanical regulator. The temperature is maintained automatically, regardless of changing outside temperatures, provided the ambient temperature is at least approx. 3 °C above the set interior temperature.
• Chiller statically ventilated, hermetically encapsulated, energy saving, low noise, easy to service.
• Door frame heating prevents icing of the door.
