Flake ice
With less than 2% residual water content, this ice is very dry and the coldest of all ice forms.
It consists of irregular ice fragments with a variable thickness between 1 and 2 mm. Ideal for industrial applications, fish and seafood platters, the transport of perishable goods and for optimising dough temperatures.
Versatile, in all shapes, melts very slowly and keeps food fresh to the maximum.
