The continuous disinfection system with high-performance technology (HPF) is used for 360° disinfection and can be integrated into an existing production line. The surface to be treated is disinfected dry, without chemicals and without the use of heat.
The hygienic design with split technology enables complete irradiation from all sides and effective removal of unwanted microorganisms from surfaces.
Function: the innovative split technology enables efficient exposure from all sides - even on the underside; UV-C disinfection takes place automatically during throughfeed and can be integrated into a production line without additional work steps.
Equipment: each system is individually calculated, designed and manufactured to customer requirements; emitter with HPF technology achieves a 2.5-fold increase in output; water-protected switch cabinet with upstream electronics and control electronics; stainless steel conveyor belt; fan for temperature control.
Assembly/maintenance: turnkey solution - ready-to-use, turnkey system; wet cleaning possible.
Advantages in detail
- High-quality conveyor unit: Belt length and speed are customised according to customer requirements. The particularly smooth-running conveyor belt makes hardly any noise.
- 360° disinfection: The emitters are mounted on all four sides, enabling complete all-round disinfection of the products. The low-maintenance emitters with a thick protective tube are of course equipped with splinter protection.
- Control: The PLC with fault monitoring ensures permanent safety and enables cleaning mode.
- Easy maintenance: The large swivelling housing cover enables easy maintenance and cleaning.
