The WDS series is used for the reliable disinfection of drinking and process water, pond and fish farm water or bathing water. The UV-C light ensures reliable elimination of unwanted microorganisms and at the same time guarantees that all valuable minerals are retained in the water.


Function: purely physical disinfection - the disinfection process is tasteless, trouble-free and residue-free, as it is purely physical and therefore does not require chemicals

Equipment: High-quality quartz protection tubes; electropolished V4A stainless steel housing; LED indicator lamps for function monitoring; operating hours counter; ballast and control electronics integrated in control cabinet.
The S series systems are optimised with special Hoenle lamps. Hoenle UV-C lamps are matched to the electronics so that the high UV-C disinfection performance at a wavelength of 254 nm can be guaranteed over the entire service life and at different water temperatures.
We also guarantee that our UV-C lamps do not form any disruptive by-products such as ozone and comply with the food irradiation regulations. Hoenle guarantees the disinfection performance of the drinking water over the product's service life if the operator's environmental conditions and water quality are complied with. To ensure that the ecological foodprint is optimised and the quality characteristics can be maintained, all UV-C lamps are produced in Europe and undergo a triple inspection in accordance with ISO9001. As we mainly supply our products to industry, we are used to very high quality standards.

Installation/maintenance: clear installation instructions; simple installation, can be integrated into existing pressure pipes thanks to compact design; simple maintenance without additional maintenance costs; no water shut-off required.
