In laboratory systems without vacuum controller, the pump runs constantly and works against her vacuum. The vacuum controller on the other hand always turns off the pump when the set target vacuum is achieved.
With two vacuum controllers, it is possible, with only one pump to run two different processes simultaneously and independently.
If reading a vacuum controller achieved, this includes the the valve controlled by him. Two vacuum controller is used, the pump will continue to operate until the set value of the second controller is reached. Then the second vacuum controller closes the valve controlled by him. The pump turns off and the pump discharge valve is opened.
Drops one of the two vacuum levels below the hysteresis range, the pump turns on again.
